About Me

I have just recently moved back to Melbourne, Australia, after 2.5 years in Japan.

There, I attempted to learn Japanese, traveled and worked. In Tokyo I designed and tested interfaces for social networks, built a magazine based on wiki technology, and conducted user testing, heuristic evaluations and requirements gathering across a number of projects.

I also helped organize events where Japanese and foreign professionals could meet to discuss HCI/UX issues.

Before moving to Japan I completed a double degree in Cognitive Science and Computer Science, worked for The Achilles Foundation, and started my own toy company.

I am currently working at Symplicit, a user-centered design consultancy in Melbourne.
