Online retailer of natural cosmetics

Mimosa Herbals is a company based in Melbourne, Australia made up of naturopaths and herbalists. It is their aim to build an all natural, all Australian product range to sell in pharmacies and online. The website is complete however their product range is still being developed.

My Involvement

Market & Competitor research

Presented research about the existing market and possible competitors, along with the state of their current websites.

Information Architecture

Assisted Mimosa staff to categorize and classify their wide range of products. Used this information to instruct the design of the website’s navigation.

eCommerce System

Designed wireframes and then implemented a complete eCommerce solution. I also consulted on issues such as credit card payment and customer privacy and security.

User Testing
Continuously tested both paper prototypes and development versions of the website.
